See if the pills can be crushed. You can put whole pills or crushed pills in a spoonful of applesauce or pudding.

A lot of meds are available in liquid form or in tablet that dissolve under the tongue. Most pharmacists can do a compounded version of the medication if the doctor allows. If possible, you can crush up tablets and put them in applesauce (if they’re not capsules).

I had to use a mortar and pedistal to crush my Wife's pills and mix that into her ice cream. She hates apple sauce and would find the small chunks of the pills and spit them out.

Yes, they put Moms pills in applesauce, yogurt, or pudding. Like said, not all pills can be crushed. Also like said, do they really need every pill.
